- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. German and her staff at Warsaw Family Dentistry do a wonderful job making sure my experience is always pleasant. Dr. German is very gentle when giving anesthetic. I used to always be very anxious to go to the dentist, but now I look forward to my visits!November 18, 2017by Katie
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The person at the front desk is incompetent. She is unable to process correctly the claims to the insurance companies. It appears that she doesn’t know how to use their computer systems to process the claims. On every visit I have to call my insurance company to correct her mistakes. She is quick to ask for money when you come to the office for your appointments without knowing how much the actual balance is. It appears that she just want to get some money directly from you since she is unable to process the claims. Is so bad that in my last visit I paid $250 over the amount it was due. I never get an invoice from them. On my last visit, she claimed that my insurances (By The Way I have 2 of those) , was going to pay $200.11 out of approximately $1,200. I got on the phone to find out that she had process the claims incorrectly and the insurance had already sent a check totaling a little over $800. Tina and her staff are professional and they do a good job, except for the receptionist. The only thing I can think of why this person continues to work there might be that she is the mother of Tina (Dentist) or she might be related to someone high in management. At this point, I don’t longer care and I had so many aggregations with the process that I am not longer coming back. At the end I always pay my bills on time. I have excellent credit and I am afraid that this person will affect it for not knowing what she is doing.November 04, 2017by Ruben Plaza
